It's so important that customers with complaints or just questions are handled carefully. I always judge a company as much by the quality of its customer service team as by the product. Pros: That it has a free trial without credit card That there is an affordable option for small businesses Cons: Not found any

This is such a needed service. Good product support can turn an irate customer into a happy repeat buyer if problems are handled correctly.

I really like the concept of this but wonder if it could have been done on Facebook, which more people may be familiar with instead of Slack? There's already a huge learning curve with traffic! Pros: Access to traffic training from experts, with accountability from the group Cons: I never got to grips with Slack

I think the idea of a community of traffic experts is an excellent idea as it provides accountability for the traffic advice on offer. Some advice I had when first starting out was questionable - but then I learned to question!

It's great to be able to time-target emails. I know I have specific times when I am more receptive to emails than others.

I'm no expert - but that's what's so great about Ubersuggest 2.0. I don't have to be! It's simple to work with, and glad that it's being developed even further. Pros: Free, and you don't have to login Cons: I'm sure cleverer people than I might nit-pick, but I haven't found anything to complain about.

Can't believe that a keyword research tool as good as this is actually free - and you don't even have to login. Excellent resource. Thanks!
