I am working on Codiga, a tool that helps developers share best practices with their team directly from their IDE.

I tested it last week. I think this is a great idea! The search results are not (yet) on par with the other search engines but I am sure it will improve over time. I am a duckduckgo user today but might switch to yep in the future, especially since duckduckgo is not that independent.

I have been using QAPop and it's a great product for marketing. I really like what Fabian and their team have been doing for Quora marketing!

Working on https://www.codiga.io It's a product where developers can share, create and manage code snippets on the web or IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ).

Having clear, actionable feedback is important. But it's also equally important to reward success and highlight wins. Also, as a remote team, we organize periodic in-person meetings. While remote work is here to stay, nothing replaces a good face-to-face interaction.

I believe that culture is everything. Defining a good culture will raise employee morale and trust in the leadership of the company. At Codiga, we have principles about how employees should perform.
