Are you looking for a pool of beta testers? Early adopters? Or trying to build up your target customer list at this stage? Depending on what stage you are at in the development and what goals you have in reaching out to those individuals the approach may vary.

I agree, the sheer number of possibilities of putting oneself at risk of having their personal information stolen with all the ways we are exposing it online makes me worried for the younger generation. Unlike with some traditional spheres, where you must be of certain age to consent to smth, the online world makes it that much easier to fall prey to some unhealthy and downright criminal...

Unless those tasks are truly essential, I give myself a bit of a break til the end of the year. Plus, nothing stops me from taking my laptop to sit in front of TV (yes to "Home Alone"!), with a cup of hot chocolate and take care of some tasks there. Work combined with much needed pleasure 🥰☕

I think this question is heavily location-based so even though we do have companies posting jobs on LinkedIn here in Korea, that is definitely not the go-to platform for job hunting. Plus, apart from general job portals there are industry-specific resources usually available (e.g. dedicated job hunting websites for developers, teachers, etc.)

100% agreed, I also noticed that sometimes a few of such tasks become irrelevant or evolve into something else so it's a good thing I did not waste my time on them in the first place. And then if I notice a pattern in what I tend to push off - time to delegate!

I talked about it on another feed, but I always need something to look forward to. So I plan out my weekends a month ahead and whenever I feel overwhelmed I can just sit and meditate on those plans, go to my happy zone :)

I think with PMs doing a lot more coordination on complex projects than regular department heads ever did, the overall trends should go towards making that process faster, smoother, more accurate (relying on data). I sometimes vote for the idea, even if the execution is still not up to the mark, to encourage the makers to keep going.

I would say no need for a dedicated PH landing page, unless you want to draw attention to some special offer for PH community on the launch day. Otherwise just show off your product in all its glory 😉
