A very interesting summary on AI art and how it's going!
As a consumer of art browsing forums and collections, I've also noticed the different bar of entry means a lot more content posted to sift through; and some of them aren't even very well tuned (6 fingers per hand, what!). The weird quirks will probably be ironed out as the technology improves making it much easier for even beginner level...

> Communicate clearly
Totally +1 on this. Beyond just scheduling, with less time to be able to meaningfully sync on tasks, making everything explicit and clear goes a long way.

Any time there's less distractions; less people reaching out, less scheduled items. That's largely late in the night. It may or may not have to do with being a night owl, too.

Backing away from social media and news that doesn't really concern me helped at least manage it. Then getting asked if I live under a rock because I didn't hear about such and such
It can be nice under the rock tho?

I'd love to see more companies adopt policy or scheduled times that promote mental health, but in the absence of that, always remember to look after yourself too.
Getting a good night's sleep is so important.
Being able to step back and take a breather.
Both so much easier said than done for different reasons, but when you're not getting rest and staying too close to stressors, it'll...
