Looks good. Downloaded and trying. What is that 7 day trial? Will it get automatically downgraded to free version after the seven days?

I've been watching the progress this whole time on Twitter. It's amazing how you built this in ~30 days.π
Noticed the following bugπ
The horizontal scrollbar is not working on Safari Mac. It works with Shift+Scroll wheel. But click and drag is not working, probably some minor css layout issues.

How often do you reinvent the wheel?
I do this a lot.
I started programming from very early age. Ten years later I still have the same excitement when I start coding something. And most of the time, rather than looking at the business aspect of projects, I look at how the project can improve my coding skills. And this makes me reinvent everything.
I push myself to study a new language or framework for every other project. Me...

Looks goodπ I liked the video more than the design itselfπ Who created that demo video?

UI/UX takes away a lot of time from me. Mostly because I do iterate over something infinite times to get it perfect.

reCaptcha v3. Works great, no captcha widget and hence no human interactions.

I really like the designππ. On individual posts, I would prefer a small margin between the next and old post and/or label on top rather than the overlay on image. On a glance it looked like a single featured post. Maybe I would get used to them on frequent visits. Apart from that, it looks great.

Perfecting the product before launch. Avoiding this is my biggest battle.

I have a company incorporated in US, earnings are in USD and spending is also in USD. Currency conversion has'nt really affected my spending decisions. I think of currency conversion only when I pay myself or any other consultation fees quoted in different currency, which is very rare. Most software services I use charge in USD and I pay them using my US business bank account. So no currency...
Do companies end up paying more in currency conversion when incorporated in US, operate outside?

I am fighting with something else. I like the process of building things, I like the idea of building things and these two are pushing me away from launching. I feel like I want to make the prefect product before launching it and this results in me keeping on building things forever.
Any thoughts on how to overcome this?π€·πΌββοΈπ€·πΌββοΈππ
And equity on one of the product I developed pay my bills. So...

More money = more time to work on projects (non-profit, non-tech, giving back kind of stuff) that you really care about. That's all about me.

Can someone explain to me how product hunting works?
I've tried googling it, but I am still confused and would like a real conversation on the topic with someone experienced. Most of the products I have seen are hunted by the makers itself.
1. What benefit does a product get, if it is hunted by someone other than the maker?
2. How can I hunt a product?
3. One of the article I read says, it doesn't make any real difference if the product is...

You have to create a plan before starting any solo project. The plan should include clear realistic deadlines. Write each feature you want to have in the project and calculate how much time you need for completing them. Aim for each of them. Roadblocks can happen but tackle them ASAP putting in more effort and move forward with the next goal in the list.
I learnt it the hard way. I used to...
