For me - it was "Friction: Passion Brands in the Age of Disruption" by Jeff Rosenblum. It's beautiful, insightful on how by reducing friction along every step of the journey, a fast but inspirational read.

Have been lucky enough to use this for the past few months - it's a gamechanger across a distributed global team, keeping work moving, having a fast and easy record of what everyone is working on (and you don't lose time with vacations, etc). The voice-to-text is really accurate!
