How are you finding current measures for developer productivity? (LOCs, Number Of Commits/PRs)?
Curious to hear some thoughts because I've personally seen engineering teams being ran based on LOCs, hours, Number Of Commits/PRs and thought that it was a very unfair, "gameable" system that made engineers and the team unhappy.
