A poem about a woman president!
She rose to power, against all odds,
A woman strong, courageous and bold,
The leader of a nation, with a vision so clear,
A president, elected with hope and cheer.
She faced the critics, the doubters and haters,
With grace and composure, she conquered them all,
She proved to the world, that gender is just a label,
And with hard work and merit, anything is...

The biggest think is: who is in the room where it happens? We see daily that representation (while important) is not enough... the decision makers need to be reflective of the company's DEI objectives.
How can both employees and employers incorporate DEI principles into their daily work tasks?

"Are you happy?"
I'd also want to ask my past self what my biggest concerns are-it would be nice to go back to 15, 20, 25, 30 year old me and see how I grew and if I met that version of me's hopes and dreams
If you could have a conversation with your future self using AI, what would you ask and why?

One of the ways AI helps is in data management-we are looking at production projects that have thousands working together across multiple vendors & organizations and handling insane amounts of data.

I love following along on how innovations (AI, machine learning, VR, AR) help kids be more comfortable at hospitals. Disney has done a lot with various organizations... if I could have worn a headset and had a virtual friend to chat with while I was getting shots as a kid I would have been a much happier patient!

I trust AI because I work at a company where I see the people "behind the curtain" so I realize that it is a product of its creator-humanity. That's actually the exact same reason why I don't trust AI!
AI is a tool, and as with any tool there are use cases that are a good fit, and use cases that aren't. I've seen AI do really spectacular things when there is a good fit-especially in...
Why do you trust AI?

I have some people in my life who I think see a SKYNET future, but many of them are influenced by what they THINK AI is versus what it actually is. I try my best to point them to informative resources so they can make more rounded-out conclusions!

AI is a product of humans, and therefor has all the same ethical concerns that face humanity... the same we we have to hold society responsible for inequity and injustice, we need to make sure we are constantly interrogating our AI models. My concern is that we will move so fast and forget this crucial point
Do you have ethical concerns related to the advancements in AI?

So many!!
I think that President Obama and Secretary Clinton top my list, but it's a very long list...
For those not with us, I'd love to hear from Amelia Earhart!
And from a personal perspective, I'd love to create a space for my extended Lucido family where we can all "meet" and talk to each other-there's over 4,000 of us worldwide and until about 100 years ago we were all in a small...
