Any tool that is not made by a solo developer or small team lol, sadly the top positions are now made for big companies. It's hard to tell with no data available, and I don't really know if actually measuring like this is a fair metric. A good tool with good marketing (and some money spent on PH from what I've heard) will definitely perform better.
