What could make you stop using a new app, even if itโs a great idea that solves your problems?
The quality of implementation plays a huge role for me. For example, I might stop using an app if it lacks proper text line heights, has small padding, lacks hover states, or has buttons without actions.
I wouldnโt just call it UI; I think itโs the founders' care and attention to their future users and their product. It seems like the love the founders have for their product matters to me...
