I'm currently re-reading Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. It is essentially the counterpart to George Orwell's 1984. And I think that it better describes our Western world of mass entertainment, social media and substance abuse. In 1984, people are controlled by inflicting pain. In Brave New World, they are controlled by inflicting pleasure.

Bubble.io: A no-code editor that allows you to build web apps. I tried learning to code multiple times, but I find that building apps with React or Javascript is just a pain in the ass. I'm more of visual person, and Bubble is WYSIWYG, so it fits my mode of operandi.

Work whenever I feel like it! For me that's one the essential conditions of remote work; working asynchronous. I'm not much a morning person, and I don't mind working during the evenings or weekends. Forcing myself to fit into a 9-5 schedule would hamper my productivity.
