This is an incredible tool! I personally know the founders and can vouch for how thoughtfully the tool is designed over last couple of years. This is not a tool that can be hacked overnight. Looking forward to what comes next!

Very rarely... Unless as you say, the change in layout convention inherently increases the value of your app. For example how tinder used the swiping layout and that was what made it a valuable product.

I love it. Because it throws all assumptions out of window and forces you to look at what people are really looking for. Also very helpful in directing the product direction.
