OutRip is a pay-to-rank board where the rank is a pull, not a bid. Put your product in the set, open a $5 booster, and your single highest-rated card is your place on the public board — not what you spent, and not how many you hold. Rating is one over the square root of how likely the card was, computed from six published trait frequency tables, so it is continuous: there is no top card and first place is always beatable.
