What tools do you use to recruit remote talent?
During the pandemic my recruitment team needed to adjust and innovate the way to screen candidates, instead of doing phone screens we changed it to Video Screens... I'd love your feedback on the platform we developed for that purpose... during the last 3 months we've had close to 2,000 video interviews.

Before the pandemic my recruitment team spent at least 40 minutes doing phone screens to each candidate... we wanted to reduce that amount time and that is how Collokio and our OnDemand Video Interviews born. During several months we tested it internally and then did a Beta Testing with 30 companies... today we want all the Recruitment freelancers, agencies, SMEs to streamline their screening...
