I have a simple one - I split my to-do list in two: one with three tasks and one with the other 237. And I NEVER have more than three items in the first one.

My goal is to finish implementing the Persona Messaging Framework into our landing pages (talked about it in more detail here: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/l...)
I believe any product owner or marketer should do this exercise to create better messages for the audience.
