Looks cool! Might I suggest looking into how to add it to imessage so users can do a poll to a set amount of users. I think you can do the same with facebook messages. Great idea!

Paypal has a product called payflow and payflow link. According to the pricing the gateway fee is .10 cents per success transaction.
