I just started using this with my marketing team at work, and so far it seems to be an efficient way to coordinate on projects. Now if I can just remember to log in and actually use the boards...
Pros: Simple way to coordinate with teams on project goals.
Cons: Everyone needs a trello account. Another place I need to log in and keep track of.

I love using ScreenCap.IT because it is easy, captures only the area of the screen I want to share, and I can easily add arrows or blur out info I don't want the recipient to see. I like knowing that the link has been clicked. It only takes a few moments to enter your note, generate a link, and send it off to whomever you want to view it. It can only be viewed once, and then anyone who clicks the link will see the message "This message has already been viewed." I use this to share passwords, credit card info, and other private info I don't want sitting in an email or...
