A few things come to mind:
* A certain amount of freedom. Don't micro-manage.
* A feeling of ownership of the things they're working on.
* Feeling that what they're working on is important.
* A feeling of community. Make sure all of your teams and employees feel like they're
working towards a common goal.
* Fair compensation.
* Space to grow into - i.e., a career...

This looks like it could be useful. I would recommend adding more details to your descriptions of what it is for and how to use it. Your docs are all todos, so it isn't quick to evaluate it.

I've been working on Novel Goggles for a couple of years now and it has finally reached the point where I think it can be useful to other writers. I've released a beta, and I'm hoping to get some feedback before I decide on where to focus with future development.

Success, but I feel it's important to define what success means to you at your current stage in life. For me, it's the freedom to continue pursuing projects and ideas that excite me.

Goals! I always have some goals set. Goals for the year, goals for the month, goals for the week, goals for today.
If my goal for the year is too daunting to get me motivated, my goal for the month has a better chance. If that is also scary to consider, my goal for the week should be easier to tackle. If even that feels like an insurmountable obstacle, my goals for today will have to get me...
How do you find motivation halfway through the week?

Getting the word out and building a community has definitely proved to be the most challenging for me. How did I solve it? I haven't yet...0_0, but my strategy is to be active on social media and groups relevant to my product, create content to add to the site's blog and try and get the word out as much as possible....speaking of which...
