I’ve used this product even before it was an app. I’ve used this since 2005 to easily get to sleep and stay asleep. I use this EVERY night when I go to bed. Amazing product. Pros: I get to sleep easily and stay asleep. I also use it whenever I need a midday nap but don’t have time. Easy to use and effective. Cons: I don’t know if anything else on the market that comes close to this.
