Should I direct my user to pre-order page or getting their email?
For our home page, we used to have the waiting list and now we are opening early access (with stripe payment). I am wondering what is the best practice? Should I direct all the CTA to stripe payment, or direct some of the CTA to getting their email (which historically has been pretty good for us). We also have a third CTA, which is to join our Discord, as an additional way to increase...

Do something extremely stressful but not related to work (like going on dangerous hike without anyone, getting punched in boxing--but don't get too injured) lol...Then at the end of the day, if you are still alive, u feel lucky and ready to work!

For some reason, airbird stuck with me. About how beautiful the shoes and how it is 100% made of cotton. I thought engineeringly speaking, it's just impossible. Funny i feel that i might have remembered it wrong

I feel working 14/7 is very very hard if you do it for more than a year... simply you are either stressed or not thinking straight. Another point is that if you feel that you want to work everyday, vs you are being forced to work everyday (because there are so many things to do), mentally speaking it's very different.
For me personally, the first 6 month i didnt take any break. then i had...

for B2C, i am getting more convinced that this is the way to go. We track some AI startup growth rate over Discord and we match their growth with their twitter/annoucement feed, most of the suddenn jumps of growth initially is due to micro-creators shout out. Of course product has to be great. Later, you can ask your users for a lot of UCG to continue to grow

We make discord bots. Honestly just DM and ask people. And then invite them to our Discord so that they will let updated and we will tag them whenever some other users give us a similar feedback to make sure that we have a community of customers knowing each other
What tool do you use to gather feedback from your valued customers?

Actually finding product market fit. At the end of the day, users dont really care whether a product has AI or not. It should server to solve some problems (or great vitamin). A lot of products are hard to tell on the AI part, for example, midjourney is raking in hundreds of millions, the product is soooo cool but I don't know a consistent use case (because i dont have the data). Another case...

Another point to mention is about UI. At least in our experience, it makes a huge difference for B2C product on how easy UI is for any AI products

With ChatGPT, I think a lot of products are starting out as ChatGPT wrapper, but i guess other than VC, who really cares. Then you just move fast, try to get as many people using it as possible as a B2C prodduct (youtube, tiktok, twitter marketing) and then get users feedback as early as possible and carefully track how users use the products, either quantitatively or qualitatively, and then...

We use Linkedin (meetalfred) for enterprise sales, but a lot of b2c startups are using tiktok, youtube shorts to grow...for AI product, we also see success at targetting microinfluncer on twitter.

I feel like a lot of us here are founders so we basically spend no time at all , but I at least google place to go with my family, I feel traveling with someone means that you should spend a bit time working on the iteranies, it’s a respect for their times
How much time do you spend to plan the trip?

I feel that if I have a billion, I’d still be a founder but probably working on something outrageous like building an entire underwater city in case Elon plan for us in mars didn’t work out, having a lot of capital and not have to worry about being super efficient to survive allows you to dream ridiculous things, but Elon also started out small and then build capital overtime
If you had $1 billion, would you still be doing what you are doing now?

I heard about this rule of thumb that you should do as much marketing in terms of dollar spending as the development cost, otherwise you are not leveraging enough of your product.
But I feel that marketing is mainly two parts, there is the part of figuring out how to market( this is all after you had the initial product market fit). How to market is more of a marketer job, for example, wanna...
