what type of feedback you want to collect? only suggestions?
Depending on the type of feedback & the size of the audience depends the medium and the messaging you will use.
-If you want to collect something specific, e.g. to measure CSAT or NPS, and ask for suggestions afterwards, you might have a specific pop-up showing up after a certain action is completed (more aggressive approach)....

Both are important.
From one side, employees should be encouraged to share feedback. They are the ones experiencing the product daily. They shouldn’t feel like giving negative feedback will result in any form of punishment.
On the other hand, you want to build products somebody wants to use and to pay for, so feedback from customers is crucial in order to grow and make products people love. I...
