to ask another way. as a business what's wrong w/ not having a website?
don't think there's anything wrong. i don't think i ever check the website of the coffee shop on the corner but i go there regularly. i think that's absolutely fine.
but i don't think i could really get to know a SaaS company on the corner of the street or banner on the highway. so in that case there's a pretty good case...

Long back logs of important features. What do you do?
We launched our MVP: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/apio and was fortunate enough to get a few paying customers and quite some free-tier users as well.
We are bombarded w/ loads of features in backlog. All of them are critical improvements. Trying our best to manually mitigate these issues for the time being. Curious what you'd do in this situation?

so far the most difficult has been marketing and growth, and splitting time between development and getting traction. we were able to convert people manually but it's been extremely manual.
