What are the key elements you believe are missing from most benchmark reports?
In my experience, a lot of benchmark reports leave out the stuff that really makes the data useful. For instance, they often don't segment data by industry or company size, which makes it tough to draw meaningful comparisons. And sometimes, they lack context or practical advice on how to actually use the insights to improve key metrics.
