Not weird, but I received feedback that I cannot apply for the position, because I do not have the higher education. However, it was not even mentioned in the requirements.
As a candidate, what's the most weird thing you've ever seen in a job description?

I was a curious kid and always enjoyed to learn, however I would be more picky with the teachers that killed the interest in me for many subjects such as physics. Teacher can influence students more that I realised when I went to school.
Is there any subject you didn't like at school but would love to learn now?

When I come up with an idea I've never heard of, I google it and see that not only someone has already made the product, but that you can find such products on eBay and Amazon already :D Downside of the internet world.
Have you ever had a "brilliant" startup idea that you saw realized by someone else?

I work full time in a corporation and part time in the start up. There are advantages and disadvantages for both.
For me the thing that has helped is to be honest from the start and communicate what kind of working environment, hours, etc is ok for me. My bosses know what to expect from me. I respect their time and they respect my time.
At first I thought that start ups are a bit chaotic...

Our company often reaches out to popular accounts on Instagram for collaborations. It seems to be working. But the takeaway has been that the product itself should be improved constantly. Because, yes, marketing is important and it attracts new users, but if the product is not improved constantly, users are not willing to stay with the product in the long run.
The hardest part is to get the...

Communicating, commenting etc on likeminded people profile helped quite a bit for me. Got to over 4K, but at some point either the algorithm changed or I was shadow banned and since two years or so ago, despite the followers, I get around 20 likes for a picture. Before it was 400-700 per pic. Go figure. Kind of gave up on instagram after that. ( https://www.instagram.com/madara... )
How to get followers on Instagram organically? Any tips or tricks?

Solfegio app. ( https://solfeg.io/ ) The app helps people switch off by learning to play popular songs on guitar, piano, and ukulele. The songs are arranged by moods with recommendations and content that promotes emotional wellbeing. We are also working with schools where the next generation of teens are introduced to the wonders of music.

I agree with you. I prefer working from home, but it is nice to see colleagues once i a while. To get the real connection. Specially for 1:1 conversations.
Do you prefer remote, hybrid or in-person?

The best method for me was to live in the target language country - Norway! And not to be afraid of making mistakes. Just to talk to natives since the goal is to be understood , not to be 100% grammatically correct from the first day!
How many languages do you speak? What learning method worked best for you?
