(i.e. you overhear a salesperson struggling in a call, which can generate ideas for product improvement) Most of the time, people seek solitude for increased focus, but that can also lead to misguided efforts. Unplanned communication and discussions are crucial. They also allow you to gain perspective on your current tasks. 😉
