Hey Weverton!
Thanks for sharing. These are great tips. Since it's PH, I can't help but mention that we built CodeSync to help improve the code review process and address development team mis-alignment.
The idea is that you can see what your teammates have coded, before they've submitted a Pull Request. This way, there are no surprises - no more writing and testing a bunch of code only to...
No offensive communication during Code Reviews

We launched CodeSync (www.codesync.com)!
Our target audience is software developers and teams. We aim to transform the way developers introspect and collaborate!
The idea is that, an IDE plugin will stream *all* code changes to the cloud, saving them forever, for review and "playback" any time. No commits needed!
There are a few benefits here:
1) Never lose code again, even between...

I've been learning Google Analytics, Ads, and Tag Manager.
I've been using GA for something like 10 years, but never went too deep. But in fact, it's a whole ecosystem of products, and it really is a steep learning curve. Coming from a tech background, I really don't know much about marketing. I'm gaining a much deeper appreciation for it, seeing the complexities of using these tools.
I...

Feedback on CodeSync: Developer + Team productivity tool
Hi ProductHunt!
CodeSync (www.codesync.com) is an IDE plugin that streams all code changes to the cloud - no commits needed. It stores them forever, allowing you to:
1) Review your productivity every day and over time ("what did I actually accomplish, and when?")
2) Fetch any uncommitted changes you lost
3) Align with teammates: No more surprises when a PR is created!
I came up with the idea...

Hybrid! It's amazing to see the collaboration that takes place when people are usually remote, but come in once in a while to the office. People feel really energetic and ready to engage one another.
Do you prefer remote, hybrid or in-person?

As someone in management for ~7 years now, I completely agree. Appreciating someone's hard work is huge for morale and happiness, especially if you are their manager.
Is employee appreciation an effective management tool or a waste of time?

MySQL for the app; Trello + Google Sheets for the business :)
I would like to try out Notion though.
Where do you store your data? and why?

My problem is I'm generally too optimistic. I wish I had more realistic goals. Or perhaps, more discipline to push myself to be on track for the optimistic goals :)
How often do you wish you could have a more optimistic outlook towards situations and outcomes?

Super excited to launch the Orgs and Teams feature in CodeSync.
This'll allow companies and teams to onboard to our product, which is a developer/team productivity tool.
I also created an account here on ProductHunt and am talking about CodeSync, so y'know, that's progress too :D
Makers, what are your goals for this week?

Being a parent of small kids, not much time for hobbies between the day job + startup. It's really just whatever I can do with the kids and have fun at the same time.
Enjoy your free time while you still have it! :)
How much time do you spend on hobbies?

For me it was:
1) Valuable content (not only just stuff to market your app)
2) Regular posting + engaging with top users in your area
3) Speaking in Twitter Spaces
How did you get your first 100 subscribers on Twitter?

Having managed software engineers for >5 years, and been one myself, it's clear to me that: 1) software developers get distracted way too often, preventing them from getting in "the zone"; 2) dev work is highly collaborative yet communication is the hard part, especially with remote work.
Ultimately this revolves around a quick feedback loop to measure their own individual productivity, as...
