Was really excited by this offering and was ready to sign up . First I was told that we needed to be venture backed. Then seeing comments from @dcancel and @davegerhardt saying that VC/Accelerator was no longer a requirement, I tried again only to be told by multiple sales reps that it wasn't the case. dont know who's telling the truth and who isn't. gave up bothering after a few attempts.

The itunes subscription doesnt sync well with their site. So I end up losing 5+ days of my monthly subscription.I have complained but they havent done anything about it.Bad customer service like this is why companies ultimately fail and if they dont get their act together, I hope they get crushed by any worthy competitor Pros: Awesome way of listening to FLAC music Cons: The itunes subscription...
