I use this app called Be Focused - Pomodoro Timer, which you can download for free from the App Store. I've set up 6 work intervals of 30 minutes each, for a total of 3 hours. During these intervals, I'm completely focused on my work, and the rest of the time I reserve for meetings and collaborative work, like messaging on Slack. I really like how simple and easy to use this app is. It does...

Very interesting! In my case, I focus on clarity first.
1. I do a first pass solely focused on clarity and flow, highlighting unclear sections and potential improvements.

I've been having trouble with a couple of things lately. One is keeping track of different versions and making sure we're all on the same page, which can be a headache. The other is that the feedback process can sometimes feel like it goes on forever.

So, yeah, I totally think that AI...
Do you think AI will ever play a significant role in collaborative docs? If so, how?

For me, it's the ability to collaborate with others in real-time, easy sharing (ideally something that doesn't require multiple clicks to get to the doc), and the ability to leave comments or tag people! These 3 are key to my usual workflows.
What are the key features you absolutely need in a documentation collaboration tool?
