The last summer month!☀️ What are your goals for August?🎯
How do you visualize to-do lists or goals?
I use Notion to keep track of my goals and progress. It keeps me most accountable when I write things down.
Also, do you use pen and paper or an app?

Hey Dru, I would like your opinion on using LinkedIn to build an open community and how you would later re-direct people to a different platform to form a closed community.
Also, which platform would you recommend to start building a community and some best practices?
If anyone else has any experience or advice, it would be much appreciated!😊

Sorry to hear this, Maya. Burnout is quite a severe problem that often goes unnoticed and takes a massive toll on us.
I often experience burnout due to my lack of preserving an average working balance and often lacking the energy or focus to do work at a specific time, especially during the summer months.
Something that always helps me to have a fresh start and slowly get into healthier...
Burnout is REAL and SCARY, do you have any tips?

How do you get back on track? 🩹⏳
How do you get back in the grind or on track with work if you fall off?
Things happen all that time and deteriorate us from the main goal that we are headed. Usually, these are more minor things that make us lose focus for a few hours or days, but nothing changes your day drastically until it does.
I had a family emergency, and I tried to work through it, and it would leave me to sit in...

It's July!☀️ What are you proud of for this half of the year?🪞
It's officially the half-year mark and time flies fast, and we often tend to race by and forget to enjoy and celebrate our achievements.
Take this post as a reminder to reflect and be proud of your progress!

I mainly listen to lo-fi tracks as they keep me easier focus without lyrics, and if I'm doing something with raw data, I can listen to regular music. It depends on the mood and how deep in focus I need to be.
How do you use music to enhance productivity? What kind of music do you prefer while working?

I usually go out for a run to clear my head, or if some idea is half done, I leave it and come to it after a few days.
Other times I watch a movie and observe other creators or read some blog on the topic I'm struggling with.
How do you overcome creative block?

Hey Jay, we launched at the end of May the second version of Lead Delta, the LinkedIn Social CRM that helps you manage your LinkedIn connections more meaningfully.
For our launch, we communicated everything through slack and redistributed responsibilities. Marketing made all the visuals for channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company page. The days before, we engaged in discussions on PH...

If I had to choose one, it would be flexibility and work from home, but only if I had a great team with open communication.
I'm very motivated to go the extra mile when I have the freedom to organize my time in the most productive window of the day for me. And knowing that my team and CEO trust me to do the work I have been assigned is genuinely inspiring.

Should a carrier gap influence a recruiter's decision? 👀
I took a one-year gap in my job search. I wasn't doing mentally well and wanted to take a break to reflect and make a carrier shift towards management from medicine.
I took this opportunity to polish my skills, re-assess my focus for the upcoming period and work on my health.
It shouldn't influence their decision, but I'm curious to hear more experiences and thoughts.
