Tools for generating a launch list
I know many folks use Discord to create a launch list for their app. We will be launching lead forms to create a launch list as part of www.crmsoda.com. However, until that happens, I would love to know what tools you are currently using to create your launch list.

It would depend on the specific scenario. If the l internal person in question is capable of handling the new role and is willing to accept the challenge, then it is always better to promote for within. They would need minimal training and they would have the context of what we are trying to achieve. Leadership is all about taking business problems to closure. As a result, the context goes a...

Having an audience always helps because you would get first-hand feedback from a core group of people that are excited about your product. This will give you a chance to incorporate some of the heavy hitters before going mass.
Is it better to build an audience first and then launch a product? π€

Would you believe it if I said Notepad on Windows? It is the easiest one to open and get to. You lose the notes if you forget to hit save though!
I have long been a big fan of Notepad++. It is an amazing tool for taking notes, specially the find and replace feature. You can get a lot done using this nifty tool.
These are just my thoughts on Windows tools π

What's the best way to build a solid Twitter follower base?
I am pretty new to Twitter and I have started to post helpful and relevant tips for my target market. I noticed that I get about 40-50 views on a post consistently. However, I am not building a follower base fast enough. How did you build a solid follower base on Twitter?

if anything, work from home has increased productivity for me as I tend to work through the hours I would usually commute. Also, given the flexibility of being allowed to work in my PJs, I have been working longer than I usually would. Some times, it is not a good thing but having the flexibility definitely helps.
Is work from home affecting your productivity in any way?

I think we will be using AI a lot more in the next generation. As AIs improve, we will be in a world where a single person would be able to do the job of a number of individuals. We will see sequences and automations within the AI industry as multiple tasks...

A small improvement does not necessarily create a big product success. Rather, you always want to select the smallest feature that will make the biggest positive impact on your target user. That's the key.
We enhanced the Deal page in CreamSoda CRM so that users can get all the information they need about a deal, including the customer information, upcoming tasks, conversations, meetings,...

I agree with most of the comments here. I just want to add that if certain feedback is negative, along with trying to learn from it, you should also determine if the user matches your target audience profile. If someone uses your app thinking it is an apple and your app is an orange, then the feedback will obviously not be relevant.

How do you create a successful affiliate marketing program?
When we think about affiliate marketing programs, we associate it with cheap and effective way of getting customers. I totally see how this can work. However, in a sea of apps, many of which have billions of dollars more than what you can spend on marketing, how do you attract the perfect affiliate marketer who:
1. Is a right fit
2. Does a good job of promoting your product
3. Brings you a...

Is there really a top? Look at Elon Musk, the metaphorical mountain is endless.
It is always about the growth. Don't be afraid of falling. Don't be afraid of change. Always be ready to self correct, admit your mistakes and move on in the right direction - Up.
If you start to fall, make sure you have a tether to slow or stop your fall. At the end of the day, you will at least rise above the...
