This is awesome - congrats! I've been looking for something for my agency that would allow me to have separate projects and workspaces for each of my clients where they could have a brand voice and about for each of them. Is that possible in Blaze? Would I need a separate paid account for each?

That we needed to wait until things were perfect before we launched. We missed out on an opportunity to launch early because we wanted to add just one more feature, which turned into 10 more features. We should have just launched right away, and then launched again six months later.

It depends on the product. What we did was spend time in communities where our target audience hangs out (like Product Hunt), and posted useful stuff in those communities related to the problem we solved (not hard selling our product). That's how we got the first 100ish users.

We found that by not asking for the credit card up front, users were much less likely to get activated in the trial period. There was no countdown in their mind to build a new habit and so often they'd sign up and never come back.
Once they put the credit card in, there's more skin in the game so they are more likely to start using the product and to convert.
"Free trial, but put in your card" Don't founders get it?
