Software developer. I work currently on topicflow.com to bring meetings, goals, employee performance management together. We believe that meetings are where the work is decided, and that goals/OKRs should be very easily visible during these meetings to make them as efficient and focused as possible. I was previously working at 7Geese and OKR/employee performance platform, acquired by Paycor.
