Totally true. When building websites, you have to build proper architecture and page hierarchy must be on point. All the spiders have a certain way of how they read and understand your content. Most important I think is page hierarchy. If you get that right, you're on a good path. Short interviews and small workshops helped me a lot. Workshops with early users helped me to understand better how the user works and why, while interviews pointed me in the direction I needed to go. 10-15mins per user is more than enough. (Just be prepared to ask the right questions etc.)

Hybrid is the best ofc. Sometimes you feel like you want to be surrounded by people, and sometimes, you just want to work alone in isolation. :)) if the job can be delivered remotely why not give your employee some freedom? :)
