Absolutely, a successful launch is all about building buzz early! Here are a few tips: 1) Start sharing teasers and sneak peeks at least a month before launch to get people excited. 2) Line up some influencers or media coverage to drop on launch day for extra visibility. 3) Have a special offer or incentive for early adopters to drive those initial sign-ups. 4) Make sure your site is fully...

While prompts set the direction, I think model choice and seed values have a bigger impact on the final AI-generated film. Prompts guide the overall vision, but the model's capabilities and the randomness introduced by seed values bring out the finer stylistic details and variations that make each short film unique, even with the same prompt.
Do you think tools or prompts are more important when generating AI short films?

I can't live without Todoist! It's a super clean and intuitive task manager that seamlessly syncs across all my devices. Keeps me organized and on track with everything I need to do. Best part is hardly anyone I know uses it, so it feels like my little productivity secret weapon.

Voice AI for abandoned cart recovery is a brilliant idea! 70% is a significant percentage of lost sales to recapture. To maximize conversion, consider integrating with popular ecommerce platforms like Shopify and personalizing the voice messages based on customer purchase history and preferences. Maybe experiment with different voice styles and tones to see what resonates best. Keep iterating...

Impressive work on the promo video! Creating a script with AI and using Canva for editing is a smart approach when working with a tight budget. The outcome looks great, especially considering you did it all yourself. It's amazing how AI tools like GPT can help with tasks like scriptwriting these days. Keep up the DIY spirit and resourcefulness!
couldn't afford to hire a video editor, so, made a promo video myself, what do you guys think?

Absolutely team alignment is crucial. Everyone needs to be bought into the same vision and pulling in the same direction. Culture and fit are so important when hiring - skills can be learned but attitude and alignment are essential from day one to build that cohesive, mission-driven team.

Congrats! The PH team is generally quite responsive. Glad to hear your product is now showing up in the Coming Soon feed - that should help drive some early interest and feedback. Best of luck with your upcoming launch!
I asked PH two hours ago when my product would appear in the Coming Soon feed, and now it’s there!

For me, I prefer a mix of both solo and team work. Working solo lets me focus deeply without distractions and manage my own schedule. But being part of a team exposes me to diverse skills and perspectives that level up my work. Plus the camaraderie and shared wins are motivating! I think the ideal is having chunks of solo focus time balanced with regular team collaboration and alignment. Best...

Definitely launch now and learn! You'll never feel fully ready, but getting real user feedback is crucial at this stage. Keep iterating based on what you hear from customers. Remember, if you're not a bit embarrassed by v1, you probably waited too long to ship it. Good luck!

I also need a dependable partner for sales promotions that won't be too pushy or annoying. Some AI tools out there generate leads without spamming potential customers. Would be great to compare some options that strike the right balance. 🤝

GitHub Copilot has been a game changer for my coding productivity. It suggests code completions right in my IDE based on the context. I've also been playing around with Anthropic's Claude model via the command line and API for general writing tasks and refining content - very impressive capabilities so far. Would love to hear others' experiences with AI productivity tools!

I also wing it most days. But I start each morning blocking key priorities like client meetings and deliverables. Then I schedule flexible time for things like cold outreach, content creation, and spontaneous opportunities that pop up. Having those priority anchors helps keep me on track while leaving room for serendipity. The Sunsama app is great for this kind of hybrid planning approach btw!

Gotta go with Google Maps for sure. Seamless navigation whether you're walking, biking, or driving plus real-time traffic updates. The 'Explore Nearby' feature is clutch for finding cool spots wherever you are. Tripping wouldn't be the same without it!
