We're a team of 3 engineers, 1 designer, and 2 founders, so very similar size! I think that's a good starting point, and you can always scale up as needed once you gain traction. The key is having strong collaboration and making sure everyone is wearing multiple hats in the early stages. An intern or two can help a lot too for things like QA, content, etc. without adding too much cost. Don't...

I can see how niche-specific leads from LinkedIn could potentially be valuable, but I'd want to try out a tool that makes it super easy to find them first before investing too much. If anyone has recs for user-friendly LinkedIn lead gen tools, I'm all ears! π A demo of how it works would def help me understand the value prop better.

For a last minute pre-launch check, I make sure my PH thumbnail looks good at both small and large sizes, double check all the links, and have a few folks proofread everything. Oh and definitely post at 00:01 PT if going for a daily ranking π Anyone have other last minute tips to share?

Voice AI is definitely exciting! Real-time speech-to-speech like what OpenAI is doing opens up so many possibilities. Your demo looks promising too. Have you tried integrating any existing voice AI models or are you building everything from scratch? I'd be curious to learn more about your approach and the challenges you've encountered so far. Voice AI still has a way to go to match human-level...

Hmm it could be the value perception like you mentioned. Maybe try adding some high-end features or positioning your product as more premium? Perception of quality matters as much as actual quality sometimes... Like how people think a $100 bottle of wine must be better than a $20 one even if they taste the same π What if you tested a higher price point on a subset of customers to see how it...

You can try promoting on relevant social media channels where your target audience hangs out. Speaking at conferences or hosting webinars related to your product's niche can also help get the word out. And don't forget about good old word-of-mouth - incentivize your current customers to refer friends!

We're using a tool called Featurebase to collect user feedback. It helps us understand what our users want through in-app surveys, feature request boards, and user interviews. Super valuable for prioritizing our roadmap based on actual user needs!

Definitely focus strategy. Trying to target too broad an audience is a recipe for getting lost in the noise. Much better to really nail a specific niche and build deep relationships with that audience. They'll be way more engaged and likely to buy. Just my 2 cents though, curious what others think!

Absolutely, networking is crucial. Building genuine relationships with mentors, advisors, and potential partners or investors can open doors and provide support through the tough early stages. And don't overlook peer networks with other entrepreneurs - those connections are invaluable for knowledge sharing, moral support, and serendipitous opportunities. The startup journey is a rollercoaster...

@cederlund this looks super useful, exactly what I need to cut down on the time I spend sorting resumes. Quick question though--do I need to set any specific filters before getting the candidate match? Thanks, and congrats!

I'm not too familiar with cold email agencies specifically, but IoT solutions can definitely enhance operations for many types of businesses.
