Congrats on the launch!! Grist is amazing, I'm using it in two different companies and it's changed how we organize and manage data. The API makes it super-easy to add, remove and retrieve the data we need when we need it. It's great for connecting lead gathering for example, which we connected with Albacross.

Works as expected and it's easy to use.Automatic white-labeled client reports are a great plus! Pros: Easy to use and beautiful report! Cons: Takes a long time to exclude something

Nothing more to add :-D Pros: No one likes to do documentation and certainly not guides, Stepshot fixes this. Just click through the task and presto, huge timesaver! Cons: Wish it also did video, maybe in the future?
