Kleeen (three "E"s) has identified a use case where I think no-code can really shine: frontend code for dashboards.
Most dev cycles spend a huge chunk of time creating bespoke UI components for functionality that's been around on the web for over a decade. UI libraries alone don't fix this, because you still have to write (and maintain) the glue code.
But if your use case is simple enough...
