I'm not a SAAS company but I buy LTD's all the time for my business.
I love LTD's as long as the company isn't creating a long-term problem for themselves that isn't sustainable. For example, offering unlimited features that cannot be sustained over the life of the product. Then you lose and we lose.

Juphy has solved a lot of pains for my business. I am always looking for platforms that cut down the amount of time I need to spend logging into various accounts. I can handle all my social media customer interactions and communication from this one tool. Hours saved every day and just a ton of frustration too. Highly recommend!

I don't calm down a client. I let them vent. I smile. I am pleasant. I do not get emotional about business. I push the main points of the negotiation, listen, stay on track and let them yell in my face if they want. I'm not responsible for their bad behavior. I can only control my own actions. I cannot control my clients actions. I agree with Evan as well. Compassion. Solutions.

They recommend vaccinations that are not needed and this can be monitored through Titer tests, which most animal...
