I guess I don't get it. "measure the world around you" Measure what?
Ah, I went to the main page and got a little more clarity. You should probably link that instead of just to the placemeter. I still don't really get what it's measuring, what it can measure, etc.

*sigh* I can't wait until we get to a place where it doesn't matter what hardware you have in your pocket. I would love to play this game, it looks very neat, but alas, Android.

Muzei is a must have on Android as far as I'm concerned. Every now and then a piece will come up that catches my eye and engages me. It's not often a phone wall paper results in 15 minutes of googling and research.

Love Lucidchart. I use it with the chrome extension. Very straightforward, and it has a LOT of helpful features that just work but you don't have to think about.

This is so useful and makes so much sense that I hate I didn't think of it first. What might be interesting is an offline version, not a recreation of the entire app but maybe select components. The farther down the *aaS road we go the tighter the coupling to an internet connection. Great product though, I for sure will be using it.

While I love the ambitious statement of creating the "perfect text editor" unless you support third-party plugins you'll never attain nirvana. While some will be perfectly happy with your default functionality, most won't even bother. Developers like to trick out their text editors, not as a point of fashion but function. We like to integrate outside tools and customize our editors to best suit...
