I may be in a minority, but I don't like video tutorials, udemy courses, etc. When I'm looking for an answer, I can scan text in seconds and find it. When I'm learning, I can read content in my own peace, skipping what I already know, not skipping by 5 seconds to make sure I don't miss anything important. Text content FTW!

Nice art you do from those phones! But I will answer the question from the title - I put them into the drawer "just in case", like any normal person.

High bounce rate may not be so bad, depending on your content. I have a blog, most people come to find an answet to their question. For me, more important is time spent on page.

Jira - I'm impressed that it's still the most popular tool in its area. Google Analytics - you can probably find anything there, but you probably also need a PhD.

Wow. Instead of making a custom form on your page, you just used Google Sheets, but made it beautiful at the same time. I'm really impressed.
