I think probably staying self aware of how you're thinking and feeling. I think without being tapped in to what your mind and body are compelling you to do, it's easy to stray on to a path that's not healthy for you.

I think diluting the quality of all content on the internet will be a big concern as people generate AI slop in order to try and gain a distribution advantage. Hoping it doesn't make it increasingly hard to find quality content (this is already what happened with Google and SEO optimised blog posts).

I think AI for mental health is going to be game changing - it has so much potential to reach underserved audiences with 24/7 care and the latent demand is really clear with how many people are using ChatGPT as their therapist!

Launching this Sunday - what would you recommend?
I'm doing my first ever PH launch this Sunday for https://www.producthunt.com/products/reset-journal-to-reduce-anxiety 😱
As a frightened newbie, I'd love to know any suggestions you might have for me in the week leading up to the launch!

Left my job to focus on my anxiety reduction app https://www.resetapp.co.uk/ - proud of myself for taking the leap, scary but I have infinite more job satisfaction now than I ever did before!

I would love some sort of technology to help improve the quality of our relationships in life - but I'm starting to think the more technology you add there the worse things get 😅

I made a Discord community for my anti-anxiety app and added a button to join in-app. It's been surprisingly popular and helps you keep a general pulse on what users are feeling towards the app - then you can collate the common problems being cited to help prioritise your product backlog.
How do you use feedback from your community to improve?

Averaged 500 DAU for my AI anti-anxiety app in the last week! Perhaps small to some but big to me 😅

People with anxiety - what do products miss when it comes to helping you?
I'm building an app to help you make a habit of challenging anxious thoughts with AI (https://www.producthunt.com/products/reset-journal-to-reduce-anxiety), and I'd love to understand more about where the current anti-anxiety apps are missing the mark!

I find something really helpful, specifically for users asking for something to be different, is to ask *why* they're asking for that - like what specific problem for themselves are they trying to solve. This becomes super useful for thinking of what you could build to help them.

I added a feedback button to the home screen on my mental health app, and the feedback I get through there is super motivating :) It shows users are engaged with the product, plus we get a lot of positive feedback on how the app makes them feel which is really nice.
