10+ years at KPMG, Leroy Merlin and others as an innovation business consultant and corporate innovator. Launched an innovation strategy at Leroy Merlin from scratch in 2017. Reached 10+ pilot projects and implemented fast track processes. In 2019 created and launched the first business consultant practice at "and Change Group" in the CIS and completed 3 big projects. I am very good at understanding other peoples’ motivations in life and enjoy helping people to understand their own motivations. This helps me to hire top candidates for my startup quickly. My superpower is being able to transform any kind of chaos into order, which has allowed me to build processes in Hola!app from scratch. I travel a lot, and have been to 40 countries. I love wine and I know it well. I run a lot.
