Intercom has always been a popular NPS survey integration for AskNicely but the thing I love about this is you can now continue the conversation inside the Messenger to follow up on feedback in real time. We've been using Koan at AskNicely for six months for the leadership team to track weekly progress against strategic priorities and now all our teams use it too.
