I have worked with both B2B and B2C, and I can say that for me there is no fundamental difference, I love them all. But I note that B2C and B2B for small businesses are very similar, but Enterprise B2B is a completely different universe.

Completely by accident. One of our clients asked us to help develop an app. We found a team to take on the development, and then quickly discovered that we were pretty good at putting together a team ourselves.
