We have spoken to many founders who have achieved top 5 of the day at a minimum. They have all acquired paid customers from their launch. Not always as much as they had hoped, but some have had the day 1 customers a few years later.

How customizable are the Starter or Pro tier's. Because the Custom tier has mentioned "Custom App" in the description. So, are the other two tiers not customizable?

It depends on how many guys and how experienced they are. 1 IT guy + GPT may be better than 2 IT guys, the project management etc that can come in with two would be eliminated, especially if one is senior and the other very junior.
