hmm good question. Probably the most important thing is to have a soid product. But without a properly prepared launch no one will see it. So it's a mixture of these 2 I guess

I think one of the biggest challenges is to sell the vision of the company for pre revenue startups. I am not sure, how to craft the equity story so that the investors are still willing to invest.
