I've created a Chrome / Arc Plugin to reply on X more easily.
It's similar to cold emails. You post replies using my plugin and when the post's author responds then you start to build relations.
It uses OpenAI API so you need to have your own.
I'm thinking about $10 for a Lifetime license.

I think it's a good way to test your idea. You don't need to code the solution. Instead, you can create a simple landing page with 'Coming Soon' and include a lot of information (text, video, and images) about your idea. You can also create wait-list.
