Excited about generative artificial intelligence as a tool to convert mundane work into 100x more effective solutions. Formerly a Head Product Writer & Researcher at a social networking startup (3 rounds of investments as of 2022) with a focus on user experience, data-driven decisions, and identity design (Tone of Voice, Persona, content production). Particularly interested in qualitative and usability research, and pre-launch customer development.
