About
I consider myself as a "Swiss knife". My experience is a bit atypical but the only main direction is tourism and hotel industry. My curiosity and motivation led me to very different positions as such in operations, sales / marketing but also in with a technical dimension such like e-commerce and digital. From all this different experience my focus is very "guest" orientated but I also enjoy internal transversal projects which also led me to some new department implementation or more important international projects. Always in a good mood, creative and patient, I'm always looking to some alternative solutions to reach goals that are under my responsability.
