Microsoft senior architect 365 for 25 years now, my main positions were Team leader for the Microsoft European Parliament migration, director of studies at L'Oréal Paris, Senior architect at the Microsoft Technical Center, Technical Director at Atos Origin, Team leader of the global redesign of Workplace 365 CMA-CGM, for SBM Offshore and the Monegasque government and IBM. I acquired expertise in service centers, escalation processes, severity and quality of service SLA processing and service outage management. All this expertise and experiences was used to create the Monitorpack solution which integrates a unique monitoring concept, application mapping, integration into service desk solutions as well as coexistence with all Microsoft technologies as we are also Microsoft ISV partner.
